John W. Sliva Design & Build is a Fairfield County Connecticut based full-service residential design and build firm focused on traditional architecture and interior design. From our inception in 2006, we have strived to create buildings that celebrate the architecture of the past while utilizing the highest quality materials and building practices of today.
A little about me
John W. Sliva is the sole owner and chief architectural designer, project manager and general contractor. John has over 25 years experience within the architecture and construction industry including project management, architecture and building all aspects of a project. Not only is John an accomplished designer, but from his earlier days in the industry John became a master carpenter by spending years actually fabricating the custom fine milllwork for his projects and constructing a building from the ground up. This precious time he spent early in his career honing his craft has lead him to have an unrivaled understanding of how a unique and flawless custom home is actually built.

Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Engineering Technology from the New York Institute of Technology where he graduated Magna Cum Laude
Associate Degree of Science in Architectural Technology from Norwalk Community College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
